PreTrial Transcripts

September 12 to September 13, 2000

 
                   

The website author found the entire Sept. 12 transcript to be monotonous and irrelevant, but that transcript is included here for the sake of completeness. The Sept. 13 transcript is important as it contains a transcription of the tape played by Lt. Peifer at trial as well as his testimony regarding his accompanying Rivera to Longwood Gardens on the night of Aug. 11, 1999.  It also contains testimony by trial witness William Lively which provides some insight into his character even though his testimony here is not especially important.  The pretrial hearing apparently continued past Sept 12 and 13 into Sept 14 and 15, but transcripts for these were never received.  Nevertheless, the Delaware County Daily Times wrote summary articles for what occurred on Sept 14 and Sept 15.
