MEDIA COURTHOUSE A pre-trial hearing for Robert Rivera , charged in the taking of his 20-month-old daughter Katelyn , that had been set for tomorrow was postponed until 2 p.m. Tuesday.

Rivera is seeking to have his current attorney, Assistant Public Defender Robert D'Agostino, dismissed from the case because of "irreconcilable personality conflicts and irreconcilable conflict and difference of opinion in the manner in which the case should be litigated."

Rivera , 33, of Upper Chichester, is also seeking release on bail, which the District Attorney's office is opposing.
